Pleasant Positive: Activities for the kids. They enjoyed the pool, pickleball and basketball. The place was mostly clean and updates were on progress. Nice overall. There was a dishwasher and wash machine and dryer that were helpful. Enough supplies for a long weekend stay. Negative: Bugs in one bedroom. Taken care of with spray. No flat sheets under the comforter. Not enough supplies for a 10 day stay. We bought toilet paper, paper towels, hangers, broom, cleaner. There is a hose that could not be turned off.

We didn’t end up staying there because the curb appeal and yard was in such a mess. Our kids were pr Negative: Showed up and there was a pop and water bottle in the pool. The yard was in disarray as well as the pool very dirty. I’ve tried to reach out and we requested a refund, but have not been contacted at all except for automated messages. We ended up just not staying there and booking an Airbnb. The pictures online was not the reality of what the yard was. We never went inside.
